where body and story meet 〰️
Hi, my name is Jessie.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #14173) with a special interest in authentic and embodied relating - with ourselves, with others, and with the world at large. I’m drawn to work that honors complexity, tenderness, and the many ways we learn to adapt in order to belong and survive. My approach is anti-oppressive, intersectional, somatic, and humanistic, which means I aim to meet people in their lived experience and co-create therapy that feels collaborative, thoughtful, and responsive.
I’ve always been interested in how people come to be who they are - how early environments shape us, and how the ways we once learned to survive can later feel like constraints. I hold a deep respect for the different “parts” of us that emerge in response to life: the ones that long for closeness, the ones that pull away, the ones that fight, and the ones that shut things down. My work is rooted in slowing down and getting curious about these inner dynamics, allowing for greater compassion, integration, and flexibility over time.
I’m particularly drawn to working with people who are thoughtful, creative, highly sensitive, or navigating complex relational patterns. I care deeply about creating a space where depth is welcomed, where contradictions are allowed, and where people can explore themselves with gentleness and curiosity.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m a musician, writer, and lifelong learner, and these parts of me shape how I approach therapy - with openness, creativity, and an appreciation for the many ways people make meaning of their lives. I’m continually interested in how embodiment, creativity, and connection support growth, and I bring this curiosity into the therapy room.
I see therapy as a collaborative process - one that supports greater embodiment, agency, and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself.

Give me some insight into what you’re facing, what your dreams are for therapy and I’ll be in touch shortly. I look forward to connecting!
